Correction

The second row in the middle of p. 3 of your Study Guide reads:

Possibly a nomarch of Thebes who reunited Lower and Upper Egypt in Dynasty II. His reign marks the end of the First Intermediate Period and the beginning of the Middle Kingdom Period.

....So, "Dynasty II" should actually be "Dynasty 11." Please see me in class if you are confused about this.
