Tudhaliya IV – Tudhaliya IV, son of Hattusilis III, governed a crumbling Hittite empire. Tukulti-Ninurta I – The son of Shalmaneser I, Tukulti-Ninurta I bested the Hittites in battle, but was despised – even by his own people – for looting the temples of Babylon.
